- Pre-Inspection
Our process starts with a thorough pre-inspection, which allows us to point out any area of concern. We also will want to know what areas are of concern to you and want to customize our services to meet your needs.
- Vacuum
We will then vacuum all of the areas to be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner certified by the Carpet and Rug Institute's Green Label Program. Our certified vacuums have a HEPA filter. Dry soil removal is one of the most important steps in carpet cleaning.
- Pre-Spray
After vacuuming, we will pre-spray your carpet with special cleaning formulas specifically designed for your type of carpet and soil level.
- Extraction & Rinse
Next, our extraction and rinse process will thoroughly flush and pH balance the carpet so there is no sticky residue left behind.
- Bonnet clean
a final bonnet cleaning is done to guarantee the best clean possible. This method also absorbs some of the moisture left in the carpet.
- Speed Dry
We will then speed dry your carpet with high velocity air movers and post groom the carpet.
- Post Inspection
